Klara Code is the trading name of KATALENA ENTERPRISES PTY LTD (ABN 52 650 313 732), an Australian company. We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

This website

klaracode.dev is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts, and builds no profile of you. Nothing you do here is tracked.

Our host, Cloudflare, records standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent) to serve the site and defend it from abuse. We do not use those logs to identify visitors, and they are retained by Cloudflare on their standard schedule.

Each app we publish handles personal information differently, so each has its own policy that governs it. That policy — not this page — is the one that applies to your account and your content.

Writing to us

If you email support@klaracode.dev we keep your message, your address and anything you send with it, for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of the matter. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent contact details to anyone.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@klaracode.dev and we will answer within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes affecting an app are announced in that app.
